Worst emergency room EVER!!!!!!! staff was rude and unkind and the nurses didnt have a clue on what to do and kept losing my daughters paper work. Very careless!!!!!! We came in at 4:30pm and didnt leave til 12:00am super slow. Doctors name is Julie Zimmer and the RN had a Jamaican accent.

I am strongly disappointed in my experience in the ER that I had last week. I am only giving 2 stars because the nurse practitioner I had was a really nice woman and the nice registration lady. Other than that, the experience was horrible. I went in with excruciating pain so bad that I could not walk nor barely stand. They gave me some pain meds which seemed to help at 1st but after I tried moving, the original pain was right back there. The pain was so bad that I was crying and I could not even move. The male nurse was so rude, ignorant, and disrespectful that he just told me to go get my prescriptions and that I'll get over it and "wheeled" me outside. I am still in pain and out of $600 for a disrespectful and awful visit. Some of the staff here is very rude.

After being turned away from Urgent Care facility where I was told they would not accept our insurance, and my only option was to go to an ER, I took my 8 year old daughter who had been experiencing a headache for 3 straight days to the ER at Little Company. When we first arrived at 2PM, we were among the only people there, we were quickly checked in, and brought back to register, but 3.5 hours later, and few visits to the triage desk later, we were still not seen- I understand it's an ER, and worst case patients go first, but 3.5 hours is far too long to make an 8 year old in pain wait. I will not be returning to the ER any time soon. This was sadly a very negative experience, and 1 star feels like it's too much.

Still waiting in the ER lobby as I write this. We're going on 7 hours. Got in at 12:30pm. Triage was great and efficient and then once all of the tests were done we were forgotten about. Staff is a toss up: some are kind and welcoming and others you can tell hate what they do. Efficiency needs work. Top levels should have more pride in their facility.

This hospital doesn't care about their patients at all most of the employees walk around on their cell phones that's why the waiting rooms are always full I was missed diagnosis twice at this hospital. (I had a heart condition) probably will not return. I have heard nurses tell people to go somewhere else and to stop coming if they don't like the wait or care... I have never been to hospital like this never. Very sad and disappointing because people are sick that's why they come and wait hours just to see the doctor and get told there is nothing wrong with you...what????
