The younger generation or neighbors should've requested for another indoor mall
The best stores are currently opening as of Fall 2017 but I have gone to some and they have great service
At the height of its lifetime this mall was almost as busy as Chicago Ridge. Alas time took its toll on this mall and now it's closed. I remember one day I went shopping here with my aunt and her friends , we had gone to Ford City and Chicago Ridge. After Leaving ridge we went to the food court of this mall. Sadly one of the employee's told us that the mall would be closing. The sad look on my aunt and her friend's faces told me that they all had great memories here. I hope the rebuilt mall will bring similar memories of joy and splendor.
The sight has an old format. My house is shown in the area and shows a white chair on the front porch. There hasn't been a chair on the porch in over 2 years. Needs updating of photos.
this place is the most depressing thing ive ever seen, only 50 people were there when i went, half were the store owners. i heard they are closing jan 1st of '13 so no more Plaza. my mom told me this was an Chicago Ridge type of mall at its peak
